We're signed up and ready to go! Lucette and I are booking the 31st of March off so we have the entire day to play on pre-launch day. :D

Anyone else going into the game at / near launch?

I'm leaning towards getting it and trying it out.  Any recommendations on where to start?

Thus far I haven't really been looking around for resources, mainly just jumping in & messing around in the beta. but this website seems to have lots of info http://elderscrollsonline.info/ .  I'll probably do a bit more research before starting my characters on release day though, so i'm not completely lost :)

As far as lore is concerned I haven't really gotten there yet, but this website seems to have a fair amount to work with regarding the elder scrolls series  http://www.imperial-library.info/

So far Inomi & I really enjoy this game at low level (haven't gotten up past level 5 yet), they've adjusted things since the last beta to make the world more open (no more forced starter islands a la wandering isle)  which is really nice.  Once you complete the standard prisoner back story area (maybe 10 min) you're popped out into a city & can go about picking up quests & smacking things with swords to your hearts content.  I've found it to be open in terms of character progression & I'm enjoying the gameplay as well, I've already had some moments fighting mobs that felt quite dynamic.

The game sounds interesting but I just wish I had the time......

This website is also good.  It displays the morphed abilities a lot more clearly & goes into more detail on each skill set than the other one I posted.
