Here's a random question: Is there a good way to test your UI on how debuffs show up?  It's really hard to tell what the various settings are going to do until you see it happen, but it's also obviously inconvenient to actually go find a mob to debuff you every time you want to test something.  Can any of the target dummies debuff?

What I use is the proving grounds.  If you do the silver trial, your party members get a debuff that has to be dispelled.  I use that whenever I have to work on Hes' interface, the NPC's you get will keep grouping with you as you practice.  (The fact that they give you a free healthstone is completely immaterial.)  It doesn't let you check custom debuffs (on Vectis, for example, I wanted to know who had omega vector so added it as a custom debuff), sadly.

I don't know if there's a proving ground entrance in Boralus, I just go back to my garrison and talk to the person there.

You can enter them by talking to Aysa near the embassy in SW, and indeed that works.  Thanks.

It is too bad they didn't keep improving those with each xpack.  I especially like how the hunter always stands in the fire :)
