Hey Guys,
Some of y'all know that I'm working on setting up a creative shop in real life. The shop is called Faith, Joy and Crafts. I have it mostly launched so I wanted to share it with y'all here. This is especially relevant to all the girls or parents of girls because the main items in the store are custom, handmade tutus! I'm also designing digital images that can be used in iron-ons or other crafts. Here is a link to the facebook page and once I have the Etsy store officially up I'll add that link on here as well: https://www.facebook.com/FaithJoyandCrafts
Another reason to let y'all know about this is because I have a Gamer Girl Line and currently, I'm featuring WoW tutus! I have Priest and Warlock tutus currently designed and done since Lucette and I are wearing them to BlizzCon. I included some photos, so please let me know what you think.
Also, if you'd like to give some input on the other classes and the colors that go into them or you'd like to order one (great for Halloween costumes if you want your little girl to represent your character!)
Thanks guys! Ady
Dorkina might want to know if you have one in Paladin Pink...
Congratulations on your new Adventure. The product looks amazing!
Ice!
Thanks Ice!
And H, I do make some Pink ones, might not be frilly enough for a Pally though.
*looks around longingly for the like button* :)
So, one of the other types of products that I'm making with my store is digital images, specifically ones that can be turned into iron ons. Since I made some for the Blizzcon crew I thought I'd share those....
Here's a sneak peak at what will be on the front of our shirts:

I think she wants me to model the trivial shirt for you guys...any thoughts? ;)
Also, you guys should definately like the Facebook Page if you can. I know some do not use it but for those who do... :)
Finished our shirts for BlizzCon. Here's Turin in the Trivial shirt....
Form fitting tabards! Very nice. Is there a closeup available of the picture on the back?
Noms fixed it so it would upload
O...M...G...that is awesome! :)
L. O. L.
I fee like this is what Honesty really thinks of us. ;)
And Lierra's STILL saying "sorry"... even without the word balloon telling you so. <grin> I LOVE it!
I would pay good money for a shirt like that...
Good thing she has a business that does just that kind of thing!!! :)
As Nomi said....I can make one for you. I'll even give you a discount :)
i'd love one - but, um, which one is me?
Creating an entire crowd of people would prove to be too busy so...we're all in there even if everyone's models didn't make it.
That's so cute! Here, take my money!
Come to that, Lucette may want one of her own of the Trivial shirts... :)
hehe....I sense a few orders coming in ;)
Anyone who would like one just send me a message here on the site, in game or on facebook and we'll work out details. :)
4th times a charm? (I've had such ill luck posting my tutu suggestions.)
<sad face> I suspect a whole lot of WoW players are male and uninterested in tutus <sigh> (although some might have young daughters or nieces!). I also suspect that it's probably not easy to reach all the female players in WoW. So it's likely you'll want to limit the number of WoW-themed tutus available. <sad face> That said, I revel in the colour possibilities for all the WoW character classes!
Demon Hunter: black and/or grey and bright chartreuse. Maybe even glow-in-the-dark green. Charm: pitchfork (given glaives are probably not available). An "X" might be an alternative, as it evokes both the crossed glaives and the cartoon symbol for death.
Death Knight: black and red. Maybe dark red. If possible, flecked with sequins or other shiny, metallic bits to indicate that it's an armoured class. Charm: flame symbol or claw holding a ruby red crystal; possibly a skull?
Palladin: pink and silver. Maybe blue and pink and silver. The silver should be on top. Charm: wings or sword or mace or shield.
Warrior: brown and silver. The silver should be on top, like armor over padding. Charm: sword or shield or helmet, possibly with an embedded "jewel".
Hunter: hunter green, olive green, and tan, eg. camo colours. Charm: any sort of bird or animal; bow or arrow.
Druid: orange, green, yellow, brown, eg. autumn colours. Charm: flower or leaf; bear or cat. Kinda crys out for a wreath of autumn leaves with a pair of small antlers sticking up as a hair accessory.
Monk: white, black, and teal: an homage to pandas. Charm: oriental kanji.
Mage: Hm. I either want 3 different ones or a tutu divided into 3 sections. If it's the three sections, then the charm should be more generic: a witch's hat or a wizard's staff.
- Ice Mage: blue, light blue, and white. Charm: snowflake possibly with a "jeweled" center.
- Fire Mage: red, orange, and yellow. Charm: flame.
- Arcane Mage: Lavender and white. Charm: hand holding crystal sphere.
- Rogue: Black, grey, and a single layer of yellow at the bottom. (Why oh why did Blizz make YELLOW the rogue colour?) Maybe flecked with some gold sequins to represent coins. Charm: dagger or bag or treasure chest or domino mask. Really needs a face mask as an accessory. <grin>
Des, I see one female draenei with down-turned horns. When it's your shirt, that one is YOU!
Yay, it worked! Thank you so much! I love all the suggestions!!
Hm... consider making some of a size to fit the popular 18" dolls (like American Girl). What little girl could resist a matching tutu for her doll? Hm... I'm a doll collector. _I_ couldn't resist a priest tutu for my doll! Now I'll stop. This is way, way, way too far away from my WoW duties. <grin>
You also collect books...and they don't need tutus. )
OMG Book tutus!!!!!!
I actually have thought about doing that, especially since the girl that I made a Repunzel dress for got an American Girl doll for her birthday, just didn't have time to do it but I might expand eventually. If you want to send me the waist measurement of one of your dolls I can use it as an experiment. :)
